Made an appointment to get my tires repaired with just a nail in my tire. Came to my 10am appointment to say I didnt have a tire appoitement I had a service appointment even though there's no way to make a tire repair appointment its only for new tires rims. Blatant just lied to your customer amd said it would be a 5 hour wait time for me now since I did it under a service appointment when thats just not true on the website at all. It was the store manager that helped me and very rude not helpful and isnt looking to satisfy or be transparent and honest with his customers.

This is a great place to go for tires. I was in emergency need of a tire before work, and the staff came together and got me taken care of in about 20 mins and I still made it to work on time. Kenzie behind the counter was a great help and wasted no time whatsoever in getting the job done. I highly recommend this place. Also, they were honest and didn't try to pressure me with sales add-ons.

Very dishonest people. Car was taken in to have both front tires replaced they took my caps off the rear tires and deflated them by a few psi. They told me I needed new control arms when I had it looked at the control arms and ball joints were completely fine but swaybar links and tie rods needed to be replaced They would have easily seen that but they chose to not tell me the truth of what my vehicle needed. They also over inflated the new tires they put on as well. Just super dishonest people who will try to make you spend more money than necessary.

Yesterday, we returned to our parked car to find one of the tires was visibly low on air. We were told Belle Tire (in Lafayette) had a free air machine, so we went to fill it. By the time we got there, it was flat. An employee came and looked at it and said it could probably be patched, but they were totally booked up and couldn’t get to it until the morning. We thanked her for looking at it and said we’d put the spare on and deal with the flat later, since we needed to pick our kiddo up from school. A bit later, we were struggling to get the flat tire off when a different employee came out to take trash to the dumpster. He helped us get our flat tire off and headed back inside. The next thing you know, he was back with Tools and helped us secure the spare tire and sent us on our way. Later, we took the flat tire to the West Lafayette Belle Tire to get it repaired. They said they’d patch it first thing in the morning and I could pick it up at my convenience. They even offered to get me a wipe, because carrying the tire got dirt on my clothes. Today I went to pick up the tire and they promptly put the fixed tire on and made sure everything was balanced before sending me on my way, a

Called ahead and made sure that they had the tires in stock. Rep on the phone told me it would take 1.5 hours to mount the tires. When my driver took the truck in it was almost 4 hours to mount and balance a set of four tires. They had to pull the truck in and out several times claiming it was too big. (2025 F-350 pick up)
